Dates for 2nd Nico Nico Chōkaigi Event Announced

The niconico Internet service company has announced that they will hold a second Nico Nico Chōkaigi event at the Nico Nico Douga. The website for the event is currently accepting submissions for the event's logo, booths, and menu items at its food court.
