Ghost in the Shell's Shirow, Excel Saga's Rikudou Launch Manga

The 13th issue of Excel Saga) are collaborating to launch a new series in the next issue on October 10. Shirow is responsible for the story, while Rikudou is drawing the art. The magazine gave no further details except for a teaser image (pictured right).

Rikudou just Ageha, in the same magazine earlier this year.
