This Boy Can Fight Aliens!' Yamamoto
The production company CW Films began streaming an animated music video clip for "Umi yori Aoku" (Bluer Than the Sea), Kono Danshi, Ningyo Hiroimashita. (This Boy, Picked Up a Merman.) anime.
The anime is the second Kono Danshi (This Boy) Soubi Yamamoto. The 29-minute anime is going on sale on DVD in Japan on Friday.
The story follows a high school boy named Shima Yūki Kaji) who is wrapped in his own grief. On the day he loses his grandfather, he goes to the beach to cry by himself and almost drowns when he slips. He is rescued by a beautiful young man named Isaki (Midorikawa) — who happens to be a merman.
As a 21-year-old, Yamamoto licensed it for North America.
