Crackle Streams Valkyria Chronicles TV Anime Series

Crackle has added the PlayStation 3 video game originally aired in 2009.

The story is set in the wartorn country of Gallia in a fictional version of 1930s Europe. When Imperial forces attack the small border town of Bruhl, Welkin Gunther, son of late General Belgen Gunther, is forced to fight for his life alongside Town Watch captain Alicia Melchiott. Along with Welkin's adopted sister Isara, the three escape to Gallia's capitol and subsequently the country's militia forces.
Sega released the original tactical role-playing game in Japan, Europe, and North America in 2008. Sega released two sequel games on the PlayStation Portable in 2010 and 2011 in Japan. Valkyria Chronicles II received a Western release, but Valkyria Chronicles III did not. The third game received an original video anime adaptation last year.
