Actor Sam Witwer (Being Human, The Mist) remake of Godzilla.

TOHO released its first film about the moth-inspired monster in 1961.

Update: The website io9 updated its article on Wednesday to say that the Mothra rewrite "was a joke." Thanks, xXInfinite026Xx
