Yui Makino Sings in Anime Short Promoting Hokkaido

The Touhou Project series, composed and arranged the song, and wrote the lyrics.
The "local moe character" sca was created last year to help promote Hokkaido. A Sapporo-based taxi company had used sca at the end of last year in its "Ita Taxi" (a pun on the word itasha or decorated car) campaign. sca has her own Twitter, Facebook, and Google+ s, and is also inspiring merchandise and an Android app.
HeARTBIT will sell a CD for Makino's song at the Niconico Chō-Kaigi 2" event in Chiba on April 27-28.
