OAV in 1988-9, released by Manga Entertainment on VHS video (now deleted). MVM commented that it was just releasing the TV series, "but we'll look into the OAV too."
Finally, Manga Entertainment is releasing Blood+). The story is set in a future Japan under close social control, in which a group of teenagers investigate serial killings and conspiracies. The film features motion-captured versions of the girl band Scandal.
