Weekend Wrapup: 28/Apr - 4/May

This week we have two manga series concluding, an adaptation of a unlikely property for all the right reasons and the return of an old (con) friend;

After 18 years, Young Ace magazine back in December of 1994 and has been published on and off since then. The manga will conclude with a total of 14 volumes.

We might as well come right out and say it, there's a live-action adaptation of light novel Yomi Hirasaka, the author of the light novel series, confirmed the production stating that while he did not originally approve of the adaptation, he now feels that light-novels should be bringing in new people through adaptations to build the future of the light novel industry.

And finally there's Gamma.Con, the re-branded Anime.AU running in Canberra on Saturday the 18th of May. It'll be at the Manning Clarke Centre on the Australian National University grounds and have a combination of here.
