Rokumonsen Rock to depict early years of famous Sengoku warriors
This year's 14th issue of Ryōichi Ikegami on June 28. The announcement was made in the previous issue on Friday.
The "unprecedented Sengoku youth ballad" story will take place during Japan's Warring States Period. It will show the early years of such famous historical figures as Nobunaga, Hideyoshi, and Mitsuhide. Rokumonsen are six coins traditionally used as a burial accessory, and they became the family crest for the Sanada warrior clan of the old Shinano Province.
