Young Jump Editor-In-Chief Arrested for Attacking Taxi Driver

46-year-old allegedly said, "I'll kill you" to driver before leaving without paying fare
Tokyo's Metropolitan Police Department arrested Tomoyuki Shima, the 46-year-old Editor-in-Chief of Young Jump magazine, for allegedly attacking a taxi driver and not paying his fare on Wednesday.
According to the police, the suspect got out of the taxi near his home at 3:20 a.m. on Wednesday. When the 66-year-old male driver asked for his fare, the suspect allegedly grabbed the driver's arm, uttered, "I'll kill you," and other words, and left without paying the 710-yen ($7) fare.
The suspect was reportedly drunk at the time, and told the first-responders on the scene that he paid the fare. The driver was not injured.
