Update: Computer and Video Games notes that the trademark application was only filed through the Office of Harmonization for the Internal Market (OHIM) and has not been verified. Similar trademark applications for "Fallout 4" and "Half-Life 3" were also filed at the OHIM but discarded. Anyone can apply for a trademark at the OHIM before they are examined to see if they are authentic or fake.
