Nippon TV Buys Hulu Japan Streaming Service

Hulu launched in Japan less than three years ago and has doubled its subscribers in the last year. Nippon TV plans to add its programming to the service while maintaining Hulu Japan's current offerings.
The Hulu service as a whole was previously put up for Walt Disney Co., NBCUniversal, and 21st Century Fox chose not to sell video streaming service.
