ZAQ to Perform Rail Wars Anime's Ending Theme Song

The official ZAQ will perform the ending theme song for the series.
ZAQ previously performed theme songs for Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions! -Heart Throb-, among others. ZAQ released her first album NOISY Lab. on April 16. Her single for the Rail Wars! ending theme will ship on August 20 in a limited edition for 1,800 yen ($17.50) and a standard edition for 1,300 yen (US$12.70).
The "dream railway paradise entertainment" story of Rail Wars! is set in a parallel world where Japan did not privatize its national railways. Naohito Takayama is an ordinary high school boy who dreams of a comfortable future working for the top-rated Japanese National Railways. He is assigned as one of four high school trainees in the Railways Security Force. Also in his group is Aoi Sakurai, a female troublemaker who hates men. On top of his sudden transfer, an extremist group called "RJ" plots to privatize the Japanese National Railways.

The anime will premiere on Japanese television this summer.
Toyoda launched the light novel series with illustrations by Vania 600 in 2012.
