Lucky Star Manga Goes on Hiatus While Author Prepares New Project

Details on manga's return to be printed in Comptiq magazine's December issue
The June issue of Kagami Yoshimizu will put the series on hiatus, due to a new project he is currently planning. Details on the manga's eventual return will be published in the December issue of the magazine on November 10.
The magazine has been running Kagami Yoshimizu's original Lucky Star manga since its January 2004 issue, and Kadokawa published the 10th compiled volume in Japan last November.
Yoshimizu's story of four school girls already inspired a number of spinoff manga as well as the 2007 Lucky Star television anime, an original video anime (Bandai Entertainment released part of the original Lucky Star manga, the television series, and the OVA in North America.
