Space Dandy and begin with the series' first episode at 12:00 a.m. PT/ET and continue through episode 12.
Funimation will release episodes 14-25 of the anime in a standard edition Blu-ray and DVD combo pack, a Limited Edition, a Limited Edition Plus, and a Funimation.com-exclusive Collector's Edition on September 23.
Both Funimation streamed the series in various countries as it aired in Japan last year.
Toonami also Gurren Lagann at 2:00 a.m. ET/PT on Saturday night (technically Sunday morning).
