Uncut Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods Home Video Release Slated for October

Blu-ray and DVD release will include additional 20 min. of footage
Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods on Blu-ray and DVD in North America on October 7. The home video release will include two versions of the film: an uncut version with an additional 20 minutes of footage not shown in theaters, and the theatrical cut.

Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods run in North America.
It currently ranks as #11 in theatrically released anime of all time in North America, under Pokémon: The First Movie.
The September issue of Shueisha's announced last month that a new Dragon Ball Z movie will open during the Golden Week string of holidays next spring.
