Garo the Animation
Set in a world where Humans known as Makai Knights protect humanity from the demonic beings known as Horrors. When the King of the (fictional) Valiante Kingdom in Spain authorises a witch hunt as part of the Spanish Inquisition, the Makai Knights and Makai Priests are caught and executed. But one Makai Priest gives birth to a son before her execution. This son, Leon Lewis, is brought up in secret by his father to inherit his legendary golden armour and protect the people of Valiante. When the King's advisor takes over control of Valiante and the King's son, Prince Alfonso, is driven out of the kingdom, Alfonso seeks out the inheritor of the legendary golden armour to help reclaim his thrown and save his people.
