'Gundam Docks at Singapore' Event Features 6-Meter Tall Gundam Models

The "Gundam Docks at Singapore" exhibition will take place in Singapore from June 4 to June 28 at the Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza and the adjacent Takashimaya Square B2. The event celebrates the 35th anniversary of Gundam model kits, and will showcase over 200 Gundam model kits. The event will also exhibit 6-meter tall 1:3 scale models of the RX-78-2 mobile suit and Char's red Zaku.
The exhibition will host mechanical designer BACK-ON (Gundam Build Fighters Try opening and ending themes), who will perform on stage at Takashimaya Square on June 20.
The event will also sell an "HG RX-78-2 GUNDAM Ver. SG50" model kit to celebrate Singapore's 50th year of independence. Those who purchase the model kit have a chance to win an autograph session with mechanical designer Kunio Ōkawara.
