Chaos Dragon TV Anime Unveils More Additional Cast, Donatia Video

The official website for the project announced more cast on Thursday. The new cast are all from Donatia, one of three countries central to the story.

The website also began streaming a new promotional video on Thursday. The video, narrated by Sōma Saitō as Soirot Clasbari, introduces himself and Donatia.
In the video, Soirot says that everything he's held since birth has crumbled because of the curse he has inherited. Donatia, the country where he was born and raised, once ruled half the world, but couldn't protect Nil Kamui. Nevertheless, it still has the best military in the world, so it will not rest. He also says that he dreams of finding something immortal, that cannot be destroyed. For that reason, he has made a contract with the Black Dragon and come to Nil Kamui.
The story takes place in the sparkling era year 3015, where the great nations Donatia and Kōran divide the world in a cold war as they fight for supremacy. In the middle of this standoff is island country Nil Kamui, which has lost its independence.
The main characters and cast include:
Sōma Saitō as Soirot Clasbari, a member of Donatia's prized black dragon knights. Created by Kinoko Nasu.
Houchu Ohtsuka as the Red Dragon (one of only seven dragons in the world and the guardian diety of Nil Kamui)
Fugaku, Ibuki's fellow disciple in kendō
Seven-Year War.
Kouichi Yamadera as Agito, leader of the revolutionary army
Nozomi Furuki as Mashiro, a girl who was with Ibuki at an orphanage in Nil Kamui
Haruka Watanabe as Kai, who lived in an orphanage after losing both parents in the Seven-Year War between Nil Kamui and Kōran
Tōru Ohkawa as Kurama (not pictured)
The anime will premiere on Sun TV on July 2.
The project is based on Red Dragon, the "role-playing fiction" story Record of Lodoss War).
The website Sai-zen-sen serialized the compiled transcripts of the Red Dragon role-playing sessions.
Also as part of the project, there is a board game titled Chaos Dragon: Haō Shunjū. The "story-telling game's" plot revolves around seven heroes (controlled by the players) who fight in an endless war. The smartphone game Chaos Dragon: Konton Senso (Chaos Dragon: Chaos War) is scheduled to begin service this summer for iOS and Android devices. Scenario-writers for the game include minoa from nitroplus. Sakimoto is composing the game's music.
Inoue and Saitō will appear at an advance screening of the first three episodes and a talk show in Tokyo on June 20.
