Kamisama Kiss Original Anime DVD's Promo Streamed With Narration

The OAD project will have two episodes that will adapt the manga's "past arc," which spans from mid-volume 14 to volume 17 in the manga. The first episode, temporarily titled "Kamisama, Kako ni Tobu" (God, Leaps Into the Past), will ship with a limited edition of the manga's 22nd volume on August 20. The pre-order deadline for the limited edition is June 30.
The second episode, temporarily titled "Kitsune, Koi ni Ochiru" (Fox, Falls in Love), will ship with a limited edition of the manga's 23rd volume on December 18. The pre-order deadline for the limited edition is October 30.
Junko Yamanaka will again serve as character designer and chief animation director. The other cast and staff of the anime will also return.
The story of Julietta Suzuki's original manga begins with Nanami, a girl who finds herself homeless after her father leaves. She comes to the home of a man who offers to let her stay over — only to discover it is a Shinto shrine. The man happened to be a deity who has just transferred his status and his yōkai to Nanami. That yōkai's name is Tomoe, and a contract between him and Nanami can only be sealed in one way: with a kiss.
Suzuki launched the manga in published the 18th volume in North America on June 2.
The series released the first season on Blu-ray Disc and DVD in 2014.
The manga also inspired a previous two-episode OAD that shipped with the manga's 16th volume in August 2013.
