Voice actress put on hiatus after incident during Hyperdimension Neptunia event in 2013
Voice actress hiatus in June 2013.
At the time, she had suffered an injury during the "TV Anime carrying a knife at the event. Tanaka was injured with a bruised knee as she lost her footing on some steps in an attempt to flee the incident.
Tanaka put her Twitter on hiatus three days after the incident.
Aside from her role in Hyperdimension Neptunia, Tanaka has voiced major roles in Precure franchise, among many others.
