JAM Project, Sayaka Sasaki Return to Perform Garo: Guren no Tsuki's Theme Songs

The official website of the Mayu Udono and Eriko Satō in forming the unit ”Sayaka Sasaki with Inaribayashi" specifically for this project and song.
JAM Project performed the first opening theme "Honō no Kokuin -Divine Flame-" for the first Garo TV anime series, and Sayaka Sasaki provided the first ending theme "CHIASTOLITE."
JAM Project will provide different versions of the opening theme song, with different singers. Yoshiki Fukuyama will each sing a different version of the song. They will also provide a version of the song where all of the band are singing together, for a total of six different versions of the opening theme.
In addition to their theme song, Sasaki, Udono, and Satō are voicing the three Inari spirits of the Watch Dogs in the anime itself. This will be Sasaki's first voice-acting role. The trio's CD single with the theme song will go on sale on November 25, and the project's website teases that the artists' version of the single will bundle a music video with the three singers dancing.
The official streamed a teaser video re-introducing the main cast of the anime.
Each character's image is presented with a line of text. They are:
- Raikō: "I will definitely not forgive those who exploit the weakness of people's hearts"
- Seimei: "The spirits (mononoke) are phantoms who reveal people's hearts"
- Kintoki: "I will serve. Because I serve only one person."
- Yasusuke: "I will follow the path I believed in when I was right."
- Fujiwara Michinaga: "There will forever be glory under the reign of the emperor and light palace."
- Ashiya Dōman: "I am darkness—darkness without light."
The cast are Kenyuu Horiuchi. Which characters that these voice cast are playing will be revealed at a later date. A sixth cast member is listed as "???" in the video.
The anime will premiere on cours, or half a year.

Producer Otakon in July that the new series will be set in Japan's Heian period and will have a female protagonist.
The Garo Project began in 2005, with the first live-action series airing in 2006 with 25 episodes. The project has since inspired multiple television series, films, and specials. The most recent live-action entry, Garo -Gold Storm- Shō, debuted with a film in March, followed by a television series in April.
The first television anime, Garo: streamed the series as it aired in Japan.
