Aria Smartphone Rhythm Game Announced for Spring 2016

Game developer HarvesT announced its new Aria ~Aqua Ritmo~ smartphone game on Thursday by opening a website for the game. HarvesT describes the game as a "new sensation healing rhythm game."
Like the manga and anime, the game is set in Neo-Venezia. The game will feature an original story, which will have players taking the role of an apprentice undine, making new friends, and aiming to become a Prima. Aria anime series scenario and script writer Ayuna Fujisaki will pen the scenario for the game. The game will feature music from the anime series.
The cast of the Aria anime will reprise their roles for the game.
The game is slated for release in spring 2016 for iOS and Android devices.
Additionally, the game's official Twitter is running a lottery for those who retweet the 's information on the game. Up to 10 participants can win an autograph from the voice actresses, while others can win official Aria merchandise.
The game is part of the "Ao no Curtain Call" (Blue Curtain Call) project, which celebrates 10 years since the broadcast of the first Aria anime. The Aria the Origination series on December 24, March 23, and June 24, respectively.
The game and anime are based on released the two-volume Aqua prequel manga in North America.
