A Silent Voice Ranks in YALSA's Top 10 Graphic Novels for Teens

The American Library Association's (ALA's) Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA) released its 2016 list of Great Graphic Novels for Teens. Of the 112 overall titles, 15 manga titles are on the list. A Silent Voice (Koe no Katachi) additionally ranked in the Top Ten graphic novels overall this year.
The 15 manga on the overall list include:

Additionally, author Michiru Morikawa's Lafcadio Hearn's “The Faceless Ghost” and other Macabre Tales from Japan: A Graphic Novel made the list in the non-fiction section. Shambala published the book, and YALSA describes it as follows: "A selection of eerie Japanese folktales collected by Lafcadio Hearn in Japan around the turn of the century."
