Live-Action Terraformars Prequel Show Previewed in Video

3-episode series premieres on dTV online service on April 24
film.
The prequel will center on the research institute responsible for screening candidates for the Mars mission. The candidates will cheat and betray each other in a mental battle to be chosen as part of the crew, and it will reveal why the 15 crew in the film were the ones chosen.
Hideaki Itō, Saki Takaoka are playing other characters who are unique to the prequel.
Takashi Miike is supervising its production.
The three-episode series will premiere on dTV on April 24, while the film itself will open in Japan on April 29, during the Golden Week holidays.
Sandaime J Soul Brothers from Break of Dawn" for the film, and the song will also serve as the theme song for the prequel series.
