Danganronpa Stage Play's Video Previews Cast in Costume

The official website of the play began streaming its second "spot" video on Friday. The video previews the play's main characters in costume.

The website also added two new character visuals for Makoto Naegi and Junko Enoshima on Friday. The play's cast includes:

The official website Nobuyo Ōyama in the role. TARAKO and Oyama both provided messages regarding the change.

The official website for the Danganronpa 3 -The End of Kibōgamine Gakuen- (anime series also revealed that TARAKO will play Monokuma in the new series as well. Hongou will voice the new character Ryōta Mitarai in the anime.

The play is a rerun of the original 2014 stage play, which adapts the first game. It will run in Tokyo from June 16 to 26, in Nagoya on July 1 and 2, in Osaka from July 7 to 10, and in Kanagawa from July 14-16. Tatetsu Tashio is directing the play and writing the scripts, while the game series' original composer Masafumi Takada is composing the music for the play.

The first stage play debuted in October 2014, while the second stage play, Super Danganronpa 2 ~Sayonara Zetsubō Gakuen~ (Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Academy), debuted last December.
