Music video celebrates Resident Evil series' 20th anniversary
L'Arc-en-Ciel are collaborating to develop a 3D VR music video for the band's "Don't be Afraid" song. The collaboration celebrates the 20th anniversary of CAPCOM's Resident Evil (Biohazard) horror game series. CAPCOM will release a preview of the music video on October 13.
CAPCOM scanned the band ' faces to recreate their likenesses in a 3D environment. The video will depictthe band in the world of the Resident Evil games. The video can be watched through Sony's PlayStation VR headset, which allows s to change their point of view in a particular scene.
