The Royal Tutor TV Anime Reveals Cast, Visuals, Stage Play

The official website for the the television anime Ōshitsu Kyōshi Heine or Königliche Familie Lehrer) manga revealed the five main cast and a new key visual on Wednesday. The website also announced a stage play adaptation and special event.

The main cast are:

Keisuke Ueda as Heine Wittgenstein, the royal tutor to four unique princes. Although mistaken for a child, he is actually an adult man.

Yūya Asato as Kai von Grannzreich, the 17-year-old second prince. He is a silent young man who rarely makes public appearances. He is known as the "Glancing Prince" because of his sharp gaze coercing people.

Yūto Adachi as Bruno von Grannzreich, the 16-year-old third prince. He is a prodigy who has had a sharp mind from a very young age and is called a genius.

Daisuke Hirose as Leonhardt von Grannzreich, the 15-year-old fourth prince. He believes he is the most beautiful person on the western continent and calls himself the "White Lily of Grannzreich." He is the "Pride Everest Prince" who hates teachers.

Shōta Aoi as Richt von Grannzreich, the 14-year-old fifth prince. He wears a sweet mask, and his bright personality help him form close relationships with foreign royalty. He is the "Character Prince" whose light and friendly demeanor make him seem to not be royalty.

A stage play adaptation with the same five main cast as the television anime will premiere this year.

The "Hajimemashite Heine-sensei" (Nice to meet you, Heine-sensei) event will be held at Tokyo's New Pier Hall on April 2. The event will have an advance screening of the anime's first episode, and cast will speak. The first advance ticket lottery is accepting entries until February 13.

The television anime will debut this April.

Accepting the post of Royal Tutor at the court of the king of Grannzreich, Heine Wittgenstein is a little professor with a big job ahead! Each of the kingdom's four princes has a rather distinct personality. Does their diminutive new instructor have what it takes to lay down some learning? It's a comedy of educational proportions!

Akai launched the manga in Square Enix published the seventh compiled book volume in October. The eighth volume will ship on March 27.
