Viz's Shonen Jump Adds Dr. Stone as Regular Series

Dr. Stone manga as a regular series. The magazine will also announce another new series for its lineup next week.
Viz Media previously released the first three chapters as part of its "Jump Start" initiative. In the initiative, Viz Media's digital Weekly Shonen Jump anthology publishes the first three chapters of a new manga simultaneously with the Japanese release. Based on reader , the digital anthology sometimes adds the manga to its permanent lineup.

In Dr. Stone, main character Taiju is about to confess to the girl he loves when a mysterious force hits the Earth and turns every human into stone. Taiju and his friend Senku wake up thousands of years later and begin to rebuild society.
Writer Inagaki wrote the Terra Formars Asimov spinoff manga.
