Ange Vierge Trading Card Game Stops Development

The official website for the Kadokawa is stopping development of the game this month. Kadokawa said in the announcement that it is stopping development of new releases for the trading card game as well as products related to the game.
The related products will be the "Shiten ni Mau Otome-tachi" booster packs, which are currently on sale. The final event related to the trading card game will be the "Final Festa" event, which will be held at one of Kadokawa's offices in Tokyo on May 21. Shop tournaments, rule , Kadokawa's trading card game event office, and the game's point campaign will all shut down on June 30. The trading card game's official website will remain open until March 31, 2018.
Two Kadokawa brands, Media Factory, released the Ange Vierge trading card game in 2013. The story of the card game follows what happens when "Hairō" portals suddenly open, fusing three different worlds together. As a result, various mysterious "Exceed" powers are awakened in teenaged girls. An academy for these so-called "Progress" girls is built on the isolated Seiran Island in the Pacific.
The trading card game's television produced the anime.
The original card game also inspired produced promotional videos for the trading card game.
