Voice Actress Yuka Imai Goes on Hiatus to Take Care of Son

Voice actress Yuka Imai announced on her blog on May 16 that she will be taking a hiatus from acting work to take care of her three-year old son, who was diagnosed with a pervasive developmental disorder this spring. She said that she wants to someday return to acting, after she has "laid a good foundation" for her son.
Imai made her voice acting debut in the Kirameki Mori no Yanta-kun television anime in 1994, and made her major debut as Scarlet Ohara/Angel Salvia in Uta no Prince Sama franchise (Shibuya Tomochika).
