The Amazon page lists Kodansha Comics as the publisher, and also lists that Kodansha Comics will release the first volume in print on November 14. Kodansha Comics didn't respond to ANN's request for confirmation on the listing by press time.
Kodansha Comics is Anime Expo convention on Saturday. The anime links the stories of the "Sakura Card Arc" and the "Clear Card Arc" of the manga.
The special edition of the third "Clear Card Arc" manga volume will ship on September 13, and it will bundle the prologue anime.
CLAMP launched the Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card-hen NHK in January 2018.
