Aniplex released the Fate/Grand Order smartphone game in Japan in summer 2015. The game received an English release in the United States and Canada on June 25.
A 74-minute television anime based on the game titled released the special on Blu-ray Disc in North America on October 24 with Japanese and English audio.
The Fate Project Ōmisoka TV Special (Fate Project New Year's Eve TV Special) aired two new anime shorts for the franchise on Sunday.
The franchise also Fate/Grand Order: Turas Réalta-, launched in July and August, respectively.
