Space Battleship Tiramisu Anime Reveals More Cast, April 2 Premiere, Stage Play

The official website for the television anime Space Battleship Tiramisu) manga updated on Thursday with additional cast and the anime's April 2 premiere date. It also revealed that the manga will get a stage play adaptation.

The new cast include:

Takaya Hashi as Venturi Leroy, the captain of the Tiramisu. While stoic and stern in command, he has a soft spot for his daughter Ligier.

Aya Endō as Ligier Leroy, the beautiful and beloved daughter of Venturi. She has a selfish streak due to a spoiled upbringing. She often treats Subaru as a little brother.

The site also revealed the designs for some of the mecha in the anime.

Durandal, Subaru's machine

Kerukeion, Isuzu's machine

Primavera, Ligier's machine

The anime will premiere on AT-X on April 6 at 10:35 p.m.

The stage play will debut this summer. Yūsei Naruse will pen the script.

Takahiro Sakurai as Isuzu Ichinose

Junichi Suwabe as Vulgar Hummer

Takuya Eguchi as Subaru-B

Akio Ohtsuka will also narrate the show.

The tagline in the visual reads, "The Earth was blue. The brothers were idiots."

Bayonetta: Bloody Fate) is deg the characters. As previously announced, Studio Gonzo is providing the animation.

The science fiction gag comedy follows the everyday life of Subaru Ichinose, the ace pilot of the space battleship "Tiramisu." Since he cannot get used to being surrounded by older pilots, Subaru shuts himself in the cockpit of his personal ship "Durandal."

Writer Miyakawa (Kurage Bunch website in October 2015. The fifth compiled book volume will ship on Friday.
