Kimi ni Todoke Manga Gets 2nd Spinoff Chapter This Fall

The May issue of Kimi ni Todoke manga will get a second spinoff chapter this fall. The May issue published the first spinoff chapter, which tells the story of Kazehaya and Sawako's long-distance relationship while Kazehaya is at college. The chapter has 50 pages.

Shiina began the manga in Bessatsu Margaret in 2006, and ended it on November 13.

The manga tells the story of Sawako Kuronuma, nicknamed Sadako (from The Ring) because of her long black hair and pale skin makes her appear gloomy. The popular Shōta Kazahaya builds a friendship with Sawako that blossoms into romance.

The series has consistently publishes the English version of the manga.
