Live-Action Dol:Men X Idol Comedy Film's Trailer Streamed

The staff for the live-action film adaptation of Yuuna Takagi's Dol:Men X manga unveiled the film's trailer on Saturday. The film will open in Japan on June 15.
The staff also revealed a still of Yui Yokoyama as a reporter.
The manga already inspired a four-episode mini-series that premiered in March. The film will recount the television series' story with new scenes set 15 years later.
The cast includes (left to right in picture above):
- Yūki Ogoe as Nii
- Arata Horii as Sai
- Jun Shison as Leader
- Kōdai Asaka as Ichii

Renn Kiriyama as Shūgo Sanemitsu
Yoshimi Tokui as President Hatano
The manga centers on four alien men who plan on dominating the world by striving for idol stardom. ing them is an alien otaku girl.
Naoko Komuro (AXON) are credited as producers.
Takagi launched the manga in Hibana magazine, and ended it last April. Shogakukan published the manga's fourth and final compiled book volume last July.
