Dropkick on My Devil! Anime Casts M.A.O, Reveals New Visual

The official Jashin-chan Dropkick (Dropkick on My Devil!) manga revealed a new visual and cast member for the anime on Thursday.

M.A.O will voice the character Bête, the Beast of Gévaudan.
The anime will Amazon Prime Video inside and outside of Japan. Amazon Prime Video will begin streaming the series on July 9 at 10:00 p.m. JST.
The cast includes: (Note: Some character name spellings are not confirmed.)

- Nichika Ōmori as Yurine Hanazono
- Miyu Kubota as Medusa
- Yurie Kozakai as Pekora
- Chiaki Omigawa as Minos
- Rico Sasaki as Poporon

- Mei Tachibana
- Kazusa Aranami as Yusa
- Miko Terada as Kōji
- Former HKT48 idol Marina Yamada

Aina Suzuki, Nichika Ōmori, Miyu Kubota, Yurie Kozakai, Chiaki Omigawa, Rico Sasaki, and Riho Iida are performing the opening theme song "Ano Ko ni Dropkick" (Dropkick to that Girl) as their respective characters. Hyadain is composing the song and Miura is writing the lyrics.
The comedy manga centers on Yurine Hanazono, a college student who summons Jashin-chan, a demon from the underworld. Now they must live together in a run-down apartment in Tokyo's Jinbōchō district. If Yurine dies, Jashin-chan gets to go back to the underworld, so she constantly plots to kill Yurine.
Yukiwo launched the manga in Flex Comix's web magazine Holp Shuppan will release the 10th volume on Saturday.
