Okko's Inn Anime Film Announces Additional Cast

The official website for the anime Waka Okami wa Shōgakusei! (The Young Innkeeper Is a Grade Schooler!, or Okko's Inn) revealed eight more characters and cast on Thursday. The new cast are:
Fumiko Orikasa as Torako Kise, Bunta's daughter
Masato Tanaka as Shōta Kise, Bunta's son
Mikako Komatsu as Akane Kanda (returning from the TV anime)
Hiroide Yakumaru as Shōji Seki, Okko's father
Anju Suzuki as Sakiko Seki, Okko's mother
Yui Hashimoto from the TV anime)
Yasunori Matsumoto from the TV anime)
Rina Hidaka from the TV anime)
In addition, Kana Hanazawa is voicing Okko's grandmother Mineko Seki in her younger days.
The film screened in competition at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival in June under the title Okko's Inn.
The books are also inspiring a television TV Tokyo and five other s.
The film will tell a story not told in either the original book series or the television series — specifically, a story about "Okko" and her parents.
Shunsuke Hirota is the animation director.
Sawako Nishi are handling the sound effects.

Satsumi Matsuda as Makoto "Uri-bō" Tachiuri, a ghost
Nana Mizuki as Matsuki Akino, Okko's rival

Reijō launched the book series in 2003, and Nakayoshi magazine, and Kodansha published seven compiled book volumes.
