Frontwing to Release Grisaia: Phantom Trigger Anime in English

Visual novel developer Kickstarter campaign as a means of taking preorders for a Blu-ray Disc release; if the campaign is successful Blu-ray Discs are slated to ship by this December.

Frontwing is also releasing the Grisaia: Phantom Trigger game in English, and it announced at the that the fifth part is slated for late July on Steam. The company is also taking preorders for this over a separate Kickstarter campaign that ends on Saturday. The fourth part debuted on Steam on January 25.

Frontwing also announced that its English release of the ISLAND visual novel is slated for this summer, and that the Steam page is now live. The company also announced that it will release the adult visual novels Loca-Love and Lilitales.

Frontwing game on its own. The anime's first two episodes are slated to debut simultaneously this year.

Anime director Ryuichiro Yamakawa is producing the anime. The cast are reprising their roles from the game.

ISLAND shipped in Japan for PC in April 2016, Crunchyroll.

Frontwing describes the game:

Urashima, an island far from the mainland. The people who live there lead carefree lives. But five years ago, the island's three great families suffered a series of misfortunes, and succumbed to suspicion. The people of the island cut off all with the mainland, and began a slow decline. The key to saving the island lies in three girls who belong to the three families. But they are bound by old traditions, and are conflicted. On that island, a lone man washes ashore. The man claims to be from the future, and he begins a solitary struggle to change the island's fate.

Ryuichiro Yamakawa produced the game. Yōsai Kūchū drew the original images and designed the characters. G.O. wrote the scenario.
