Konami Shuts Down Fan Remake of 'P.T.' Horror Game

17-year-old developer "Qimsar" cancelled Silent Hills game. However, Qimsar claimed Konami is offering him merchandise and an internship.
According to Qimsar, the Konami representative who called him said the remake was very popular with the Konami staff.
Qimsar estimated that he spent over 180 hours working on his remake of P.T. He released an unfinished version 0.9 (shown in the video below) at the beginning of the month and was planning to release v0.9.5 on Sunday.
P.T. ended distribution in April 2015. The end of the teaser revealed that it was for a new Silent Hill game titled Silent Hills.
The title would have featured game director left Konami in 2015.
Kojima established a new studio, and Reedus is playing the main character of its first likeness appears as a character in the game.
