Bungaku Shojo Live-Action Series Casts Aoi Morikawa, Yuu Shirota

The official website for the live-action series Yuu Shirota (left) will play Saku Kagaya.
Sonar Pocket will perform the series' theme song "Kimi no Namae" (Your Name). Special Favorite Music will perform the series' opening song "Long Hello Goodbye."
The series will premiere on the Dramaism programming block of TBS on September 11 at night at 1:28 a.m. (effectively September 12 morning). It will have eight episodes.
Sumisu (live-action Inside Mari series) is directing the series.
The romance manga centers on Kanoko Tsukishiro, a novel editor who has never known love and has never been in a relationship. She is assigned as the editor for Kagaya, a novelist who cannot love.
Nakano is serializing the manga on the Nippan IPS published the manga's third compiled book volume last December.
The manga is unrelated to Book Girl (Bungaku Shōjo) light novel series.
