Happinet Transfers Packaged Video/Music Business to Subsidiary, Changes Name

Seikodo Marketing will become Happinet Media Marketing
Entertainment product wholesaler Happinet Media Marketing.
Happinets was founded in 1969 as a toy wholesale and distribution company, but began expanding its fields of business in the 2000s to also include visual and music software, video games, card games, and other entertainment products. Happinet absorbed Bandai Namco Holdings is the company's largest shareholder.
Seikodo is a music and video distribution company that became a subsidiary of Happinet in March 2018.
