My Hero Academia -Heroes: Rising- Film Casts Yoshio Inoue, Mio Imada

Inoue, Omada voice original Villains Nine, Slice in December 20 film

The official website for My Hero Academia manga, revealed two guest cast for the film on Thursday. The guest cast include:

Musical actor Yoshio Inoue as Nine, a Villain chasing after Tomura Shigaraki. His background and reason for chasing after Shigaraki are unknown. In order to achieve his own ideals and accomplish his objectives, he attacks the island of Nabutō.

Boys Over Flowers Season 2) as Slice, a Villain and close associate of Nine. She was "betrayed by humanity" in the past and has learned not to trust anyone, but she agrees with Nine's ideals. Her Quirk allows her to use her hair as a bladed weapon.

Horikoshi designed both original characters specially for the film.

The film will BONES is animating the film.

Horikoshi previously teased that the film will be the last one for the My Hero Academia. That is because its story uses one of the concepts he had wanted to use in the manga's final battle. As such, he proclaimed that the second film will be more "Plus Ultra" than even the first one.

As with the previous My Hero Academia: Two Heroes film, Horikoshi will have overall supervision of the film, and will handle the original character designs.

My Hero Academia: Two Heroes earned 500,320,000 yen ($4.49 million) in its first three days to rank #4 in its opening weekend. The movie has since earned more than 1.64 billion yen ($14.47 million) at the Japanese box office.

earned US$5,768,366 in the United States and Canada during its theatrical run, making it the #10 highest-grossing domestic anime film of all time.
