One fateful day, shogi-loving elementary student, Ai Hinatsuru, appears before him claiming that he promised to be her master. But was such a promise really ever made? Thus began their master and disciple relationship!Who can match their level of intensity and ion for shogi?
Shiratori began releasing the novels under Shirabi illustrates the novels. SB Creative published the novels' 11th volume on August 9. BookWalker Global published the ninth volume digitally in English on September 10.
The novels inspired a television ended on August 2. Square Enix published the manga's 10th and final volume on August 9.
