Team India Wins Award at World Cosplay Summit 2021

The staff of Facebook on Monday that KitsuneBlood Cosplays and Hotaru Juno have won the Environmental Consideration in Costume Making award at the World Cosplay Summit Finals that took place from August 7-8.
KitsuneBlood Cosplays cosplayed as Kagura and Hotaru Juno cosplayed as Matako Kijima from the Gintama anime.
The preliminaries for the World Cosplay Summit 2021 Video Championship opened on April 5. Participants entered the online competition in pairs.
Cosplay Genie by NODWIN Gaming and AIMAP (Association of Indian fans for Manga, Anime and Pop culture) organized the Indian preliminaries for the competition.

WCS included cosplay events with photoshoots and stage events, as well as a video cosplay championship. The event's executive committee includes the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Aichi Prefecture, Aichi Television Broadcasting, and WCS.
The event canceled its Championship and International Representative events last year due to the ongoing new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, and instead held a "Cosplay Summit Online Presentation."
