'I'm Quitting Heroing' Anime's 2nd Video Unveils More Cast & Staff, Ending Song, April 5 Debut

The official website of the television I'm Quitting Heroing: Next Gig Is at the Demon Queen's Castle (Yūsha, Yamemasu: Tsugi no Shokuba wa Maōjō) fantasy light novel series began streaming a promotional video for the anime on Friday. The video reveals and previews the anime's ending theme song, reveals more cast and staff, and reveals the anime's April 5 premiere date.

Nao Tōyama will perform the ending theme song "Growing," which can be heard in the video above.
The anime will premiere on MBS on April 5, starting with AT-X at 10:30 p.m.
The new cast include Misato Matsuoka as Jerietta (Note: Character name romanizations are not official.).

The story centers on Leo, a hero who once saved the world from a demon army's invasion. However, he was feared and ostracized by people afterward, and ended up with no job. Feeling that his skills would be better appreciated elsewhere, he s the demon lord's army that he once fought. Now in a new work environment, Leo strives to use his skills and revive the demon army that is on the brink of collapse.

Kuontamu Kadokawa is publishing the story in print with illustrations by Amano, and it released the third volume in October 2018.
