Crunchyroll Hosts Screening of Solo Leveling Anime in Mumbai on December 20; Adds Hindi Dub on January 6

manhwa at PVR Maison, Mumbai on December 20. The screening will begin at 5:30 p.m. IST and be followed by Anupama Chopra and Suchin Mehrotra's interview with Ali Fazal as well an an audience Q&A session.

The company is accepting registrations for the event.

The screening will be in Hindi. The Hindi dub cast includes:

  • Rajesh Shukla as Sung Jinwoo
  • Riya Sen Gupta as Sung Jinah
  • Kishore Bhatt as Go Gunhee
  • Ali Fazal as Song Chiyul
  • Archit Maurya as Kim Sangshik
  • Shiny Prakash as Lee Joohee
  • Varnit Kumar as Go Myunghwan
  • Ish Thakkar as Park Beom-shik
  • Harsh Sharma as Kang Jeongho
  • Aniket Khade as Joo Jae-hwan

Crunchyroll also announced that it will add the Hindi dub of the anime on tis debut date of January 6. The anime will also debut in Japan on January 6.

It's been over a decade since the sudden appearance of the "gates"—the paths that connect our world with a different dimension. Since then, certain humans have awakened to supernatural powers. We call these individuals "hunters." Hunters make their living by using their powers to conquer dungeons inside the gates. In this world of tough customers, the low-ranked hunter Jinwoo Sung is known as "the weakest hunter of all mankind." One day, Jinwoo gets fatally injured when he runs into high-rank double dungeons hidden within a low-rank dungeon. Just then, a mysterious quest window appears in front of him. On the verge of death, Jinwoo decides to accept the quest and starts leveling up... while the others aren't.

The manhwa adaptation of Chugong's Solo Leveling novel series, with illustrations by DUBU, launched on Ore Dake Level-Up na Ken (I'm the Only One Who Has Leveled Up).

The manhwa is also inspiring a Korean live-action adaptation.
