About Con-Jikan! Year 1
Con-Jikan! (lit. Con Time!) is happening this November 16-17 at the University of New Mexico Student Union Bldg. in the heart of Albuquerque, NM! This event – the first of its kind to be run by an all-Albuquerque staff – promises to and grow the imioned Abuquerque community of alternative pop-culture fans and participants (i.e. geeks and nerds of all stripes). Featuring a cosplay otaku have waited for!
About Potato Dog Entertainment, LLC
Founded in 2013 through the partnership of Justin D Brough and Robert J Doyle (former President and Treasurer of the UNM Anime Club, respectively), the mission of Potato Dog Entertainment, LLC is to create events that foster the growth of localized Japanese anime and pop-culture industry, and its fandom. These events will bring together fans, artists, scholars, retailers, industry, and other participants to spur the growth of the anime market in the southwestern United States.
About UNM Convention Builder's Association
Chartered 2012 into the University of New Mexico's wide variety of undergraduate student organizations, Convention Builder's Association exists to facilitate networking relationships between of the UNM community whom are interested in fan and industry conferences. Convention Builder's Association has working ties with UNM Anime Club, UNM Japanese Club, and UNM League of Legends.
