Viz Media Welcomes My Hero Academia Creator Kohei Horikoshi for His First Ever Appearance at Comic-Con 2018

MY HERO ACADEMIA Creator Scheduled To Participate In Events And Special Autograph Sessions At Comic-Con 2018


San Francisco, CA, July 11, 2018 – Justin Briner, voice of Deku, from FUNimation's anime adaptation of the popular series. The creator will also be a special guest on Viz Media's SHONEN JUMP . A pair of autograph sessions are scheduled to take place on-site at the Viz Media booth located in the convention's Main Hall.

Manga creator Kōhei Horikoshi was born in Aichi, Japan, in 1986 and received a Tezuka Award Honorable Mention in 2006. After publishing several short stories in Akamaru Jump, his first serialized work to appear in BARRAGE and his current series, MY HERO ACADEMIA, are published in English by Viz Media.
