Dear, the Title Track of JUNNA's 5th Anniversary Album, Announced as OP of The Ancient Magus' Bride Season 2
The second trailer for the TV anime JUNNA has been chosen as the opening theme.
The Ancient Magus' Bride is a popular manga series by OAD. Following demand from fans, a second season of the anime has been confirmed and will air in Japan starting in April 2023.
JUNNA, who will perform the opening theme song, is a talented artist who also sang “Here” for the first season of The Ancient Magus' Bride. Upon its release, “Here” reached the number one spot on 10 major distribution sites and was certified as a gold record by the Japan Record Association.
Like “Here,” “Dear” was written by Yuho Iwasato and composed and arranged by Yusuke Shirato, with JUNNA as the vocalist.
In addition, the jacket visuals and track list for JUNNA's 5th anniversary 3rd full album Dear have been released. The Limited First Edition comes with a special sleeve case featuring an original illustration of JUNNA by Kore Yamazaki. The CD will include 12 songs by various artists, such as Studio Kafka, serving as WIT STUDIO's animation producer. Check out the teaser video to get a glimpse of the setting.
